Terms & Conditions

 The CCR Reps;

1. Shall sign up and add their profile on the CCR platform.
   
   
2. Shall add a real photo of themself to their profile on the CCR platform.
   
   
3. Shall enter their real name to their profile on the CCR platform.
   
   
4. Shall attend a minimum of 2 online meetings hosted by management per month for training and networking purposes.
   
   
5. Shall establish and manage strategic partnerships with local Government Officials responsible for crime prevention.
   
   
6. Shall establish and manage strategic partnerships with local Police Departments.
   
   
7. Shall establish and manage strategic partnerships with local Neighbourhood Watch and CrimeStoppers programs.
   
   
8. Shall establish and manage strategic partnerships with the crime reporters of the local media/press.
   
   
9. Shall establish relationships with local businesses for sponsorship.
   
   
10. Shall develop and implement PR strategies to reach community members to become anonymous crime reporters for the CCR Platform.
    
    
11. Shall not commit any act either alone or in partnership with another person or company that in any way competes with the CCR platform during the term of this agreement or for a period of 1 year after its termination.
    
    
12. Shall perform their responsibilities as a CCR Reps according to the guidelines set forth by management.
    
    
13. Shall reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the management of CCR.

The CCR Management;

1. Shall provide the CCR Reps with all necessary marketing materials.
   
   
2. Shall provide the CCR Reps with all necessary training.
   
   
3. Shall promote the CCR Rep as a member of the CCR team to all local contacts and the community members.
   
   
4. Shall pay the CCR Rep a commission of 60% of the revenue generated from sponsors in their assigned territory.
   
   
5. Shall pay all commission due to the CCR Rep on a weekly basis.
   
   
6. Shall reserve the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any time with written notice to the CCR Rep.
   
   
7. Shall reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the CCR Rep does not adhere to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
